The Central Hardin Band Boosters, Inc is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to support the Central Hardin Band through fundraising and organizational support. All funds go to support the concert band programs, marching band, winter guard, winter percussion, pep band, jazz band, and small ensembles.

The band boosters help organize fundraising events through large organizational efforts like concessions at football games and hosting events such as the annual car show and winter formal. The boosters also help organize fundraising events such as cookie dough, candy, magazines, and other catalog orders.

All band parents are members of the booster organization and meet once per month. Dates and times for meetings are published online.

The booster organization is led by an elected board of parents. This executive board is made up of President, Vice-President (operations), Secretary, and Treasurer. Elections take place yearly in May.
